Ramsagar is not a 'sagar' or 'sea' at all; it is the biggest and most beautiful man-made pond/tank in Bangladesh. More than that, Ramsagar is neither merely a water reservoir nor a historical item, it is a legend itself, a site of charming natural beauty. This tank was founded by Maharaja Prananath and his son Ramnath.
